Refund / Cancellation Policy

At The Eastern Packaging, we understand that there may be situations where you wish to return a product or cancel an order. To assist you, we have established a clear and customer-friendly policy. This policy applies to all orders placed with The Eastern Packaging and does not interfere with any legal rights you may have under Consumer Protection Acts.

Refunds and Returns

As our products are custom-made based on your specific instructions and requirements, we recommend carefully reviewing all details before placing an order. If you receive products that are faulty or do not match your specifications, please notify us within 3 working days of receiving your order by sending feedback to info@theeasternpackaging.com.

Defects Due to Company Error

If a defect is determined to be the company’s fault:

  • We will reprint the complete order at no additional cost.
  • The customer must return the entire order to us within 7 working days and cover the shipping cost.
  • Evidence of the defect, such as digital photographs, must be provided to initiate a reprint.

The Eastern Packaging will make the final decision regarding the defect and its responsibility.

Defects Due to Client Error

If the defect is found to be due to customer error, and you still wish to request a refund:

  • The entire order must be returned to us.
  • Costs incurred for shipping, product setup, printing, and billing will be deducted from the refund.

Order Cancellation

Once you approve the proof, your order is forwarded to the press department for processing.

  • Cancellation within 4 Hours: Orders can be canceled within 4 hours of proof approval with a 5% cancellation fee applied to the total order cost.
  • Cancellation after Processing: No refunds will be provided if the order has already been processed by the press department. However, we can offer free warehouse storage and ship the order when needed.

Cancellation requests must be submitted within 12 to 24 hours of proof approval.
